Clanmil Housing Association is looking to appoint contractors to deliver a Planned Programme of works for the 14/15 financial year.All works to be completed by 31.3.2015.Works packages will be split into 8 Geographical / Property Type lots – details Attached at appendix 1 of the top level work requirements.The works packages include:— Replacement kitchens— Replacement bathrooms— Replacement doors and window— Miscellaneous planned maintenance works.Please note the Contracting Authority properties comprise a variety of house types (both blocks of flats and individual houses) in the General Needs, Sheltered and Care Homes' sectors, office accommodation and Joint Management Partners.The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) and Directive 2004/18 do not apply in full to this competition as the estimated value of the contracts is less than the relevant financial threshold. Nevertheless, in the interests of transparency, the contracting authority has decided to advertise the contracts in the Official Journal on a voluntary/non-mandatory basis.
