The authority is looking for a single software product that can be integrated between both the Housing and Revenues Departments in order to provide a seamless flow of information / alerts between the two Departments incorporating the requirements listed below:-Revenues DepartmentThe Revenues Department require a system which enables them to verify information in respect of outstanding income due to the authority. The system should allow for the ability to search/trace absconded debtors, by providing forwarding address or other relevant information, e.g. Employment details. The system should also to be able to assess the credit score of individuals or companies.It would be preferable if the system would allow the facility to bulk send/match cases, have the ability to provide individual searches, as well as having the ability to identify digital or direct debit paying households.Housing DepartmentThe Housing department require a system data matching facility for their council properties. The system will need to provide the household profile of the properties and monitor the household movement for a period of twelve months. The Housing department will require notification when the digital footprint of an individual ceases at a property and begins at another address.The information provided must be produced in a clear manner and where there are discrepancies these are to be highlighted. Risks must be prioritised in order to identify tenancy fraud. The system must be able to identify direct debit ready households and identify former tenant’s new addresses.The system must also have a workflow capability and be able to identify geographical hotspots for particular issues.
