Newport City Homes (NCH) made a commitment in our offer document at the point of transfer to work with our residents to explore the feasibility of introducing a tenant reward scheme. Research has shown that rewards can assist social landlords in prompting ‘good behaviour’ in tenancies. It is also popular with tenants who perceive themselves as ‘good’ tenants.We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to undertake a feasibility study into the provision of providing a reward scheme for NCH tenants.We wish to engage with a company that has specific expertise and a proven track record in undertaking research and analysis within the social housing sector.We are looking for support in this through provision of:National research Identifying options Submissions should be returned no later than 12 noon on 18 November 2011
