Midland Heart is pleased to invite Contractors to tender for the Tenant Satisfaction Survey Services Contract. The objective of Midland Heart's tenant satisfaction measurement programme is to gather critical tenant satisfaction insight data from tenants on a regular basis. The programme is a tracker style programme related to tenants who have recently experienced Midland Heart's core services. The feedback data collected is integral in shaping services for the future and ensuring Midland Heart is continually striving to increase tenant satisfaction performance. Due to the current economic climate, where resources are limited and the ever-changing operational environment of the housing sector, consumer regulations and TSM's, there is a much greater emphasis across Midland Heart to collect reliable, robust, and insightful tenant satisfaction data to measure the performance of services and contractors across Midland Heart's core functions. The successful contractor will be required to conduct approximately, 16,000 surveys across eighteen service areas per annum, including the Regulator of Social Housings (RSH)Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) surveys. subject to sufficient numbers of tenant contacts being available in each sample framework. Ad-hoc tenant surveys, as and when required, may also be required throughout the duration of the contract to allow for performance to be measured across various service areas, or intervention areas.
