This notice is to determine interest in the provision of tender bid advisory support and training to NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership: Audit and Assurance (Specialist Services unit).This contract notice is for a one off commission for advisory support and training to SSU, aimed to improve a prospective SSU tender submission for internal audit support in connection with public sector construction projects and programmes.-review and assess the proposed PQQ and ITT responses to ensure a strong, competitive bid;-provide assurance that the proposed bid submission matches the client’s tender and specification requirements;-review the formulation of supporting documentation, policies and procedures as appropriate;-to provide presentation skills training to the bid team; and-any additional requirements to be determined as a part of the bidding process.The above is likely to be required within a condensed timetable.The contract will be awarded according to the NHS Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Consultancy Services [enclosed with tender documentation].NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
