Powys County Council 'the Council' is seeking to gauge interest in companies wishing to undertake the role of Principal Contractor on a development of an approximately 22 units of social housing scheme at Smithfield, Llanidloes, Powys.The Council will be appointing by a competitive tender advertised through Sell2Wales.
