Descriptions
The Public Health Agency wishes to invite applications from Service Providers to develop and provide Early Intervention Support Services for families with children aged 0 to 18.The Tender is divided into 5 separate Lots covering specific geographic areas (the Lot Areas) within the boundaries of each of the Health and Social Care Trusts. The specific geography of each Lot Area is defined in Appendix 2 of the Service Specification. Service Providers can apply to tender for any or all Lots and must indicate the Lot(s) that they wish to tender for in their response to the Tender Questionnaire (C Document).The PHA plan to award a maximum of 2 Lots to any one Tenderer (see Tender Evaluation Methodology and Marking Scheme, D Document, for specific details).Lot 1: Belfast Outcomes Group Area.Lot 2: Northern Outcomes Group Area.Lot 3: South Eastern Outcomes Group Area.Lot 4: Southern Outcomes Group Area.Lot 5: Western Outcomes Group Area.
