The Authority wishes to enter into an Agreement with Contractors who are experienced in undertaking External Pre-planned Repairs and Decoration (Non – Leasehold and Leasehold) and Larger Responsive Repair Maintenance Work for Council Housing Stock. This will be in the form of a Framework Agreement. Pembrokeshire County Council will be conducting this procurement exercise electronically using the Alito e-tendering portal.
