TENDER FOR HOUSING STOCK CONDITION SURVEYING SERVICES

Denbighshire County Council (the Council) wishes to commission a stock condition survey of 15% of its stock to assess the condition, existing and future liabilities of the following:•The Council’s housing stock of 3463 dwellings (as at April 2011)•The Councils 731 garages.•The other property assets related to the housing stock.•The Council’s leasehold interests and liabilities.In addition to the housing stock condition survey, the Council wishes to include surveys and assessments of the relevant buildings within its stock in relation to;•Asbestos Management (common areas of flats and sheltered schemes)•DDA Compliance (sheltered schemes)•Fire Risk Assessments (common areas flats and sheltered schemes)Further information is contained within the tender documentation.
