Powys County Council are tendering to appoint a suitably licenced supplier to collect and dispose of liquid waste from Brecon waste transfer station (WTS).Approximately 54,000 litres of liquid waste are removed from the WTS every month, subject to increases/decreases in rainfall, from two 'cesspool' tanks.The Council is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Supplier to collect on a monthly basis liquid waste from the Brecon waste transfer station and transport this to a suitably licenced facility for processing/disposal.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
