This tender is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide maintenance support services for a Raith GmBH eLiNE Lithography System housed at the Centre for NanoHealth (CNH) cleanroom, located within the Institute for Life Sciences 2 (ILS2) Building at Swansea University’s Singleton Campus.The maintenance contract shall be for a period of three years (with the option to extend for a further 1 year), and the Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be based around those maintenance tasks as detailed within the Tender Specification to cover the provision of Hardware maintenance, Software maintenance and Callout service.Tenderers are invited to attend a site visit on the morning of Thursday 3rd December 2015 with the supervising officer before completing their tenders, and will be deemed to satisfy themselves on the full nature of local conditions as regard to accessibility, transport and conditions which may affect labour, and to have obtained all necessary information on all matters affecting the execution of works.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
