The aim is to have a demonstrably secure and resilient (new) building (the ‘Data Science Building’), developed and run to the highest standards, within which can operate:(A)Several ISO/IEC 27001:2013 accredited services (where delivery of required certification is already in-flight),(B)A “pan-government” approved service for the holding and use of highly confidential data (planning assumption information asset classification to Business Impact Level (BIL) 4 / ‘OFFICIAL SENSITIVE’),(C)The normal day-to-day business (BAU) operations to a high level of information assurance.To support these aims, there is a need to engage a consultant / organisation to be solely responsible for the development of a comprehensive operating manual (set of policies, procedures and user guides) for the new building, covering every aspect of running the building. Also required are detailed descriptions of the systems and processes that need to be in place to ensure the building operates as planned (see A, B and C above).NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
