Denbighshire County Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement with a suitably qualified and capable provider for the provision of a payment kiosk to the Authority. The framework agreement will be for a period of four (4) years and shall include annual maintenance of the initial payment kiosk installed.Subject to further funding being made available during the lifetime of the agreement there may be a requirement for a further two (2) payment kiosks in Denbighshire County Council premises. Therefore the items identified as possible future requirements being subject to funding are for guidance and tendering purposes only to establish the pricing structure.
