The University wishes to tender for the annual provision of Summer Cleaning Services for a period of 4 years. Suppliers should note that timescales for the partial and final closure of the HSV are subject to change, and every effort will be made to inform the successful contractor of any changes which would affect the scope of their service provision.The intention is to award this contract at the earliest opportunity, to allow maximum lead in prior to the first clean in June/July. Therefore, it is imperative that tendering companies have sufficient staffing capacity, contingency and adequate availability to implement the contract by the dates provided within this document.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
