Denbighshire County Council is seeking to establish a contract for the Supply & Delivery of Polythene & Biodegradable Refuse Sacks of specified Quantity, Size and Quality to the Authority. RequirementThe expenditure for the Supply & Delivery of Polythene & Biodegradable Refuse Sacks for the forthcoming arrangement is difficult to predict however as a guide we can advise that the estimated annual spend of the Authority is in excess of £150k per annum. It is anticipated that a contract commencement date will be 10th June 2010. The contract will be awarded to successful tenderer for a period of two (2) years.The tender is split into two (2) Lots and Suppliers may tender for either or both of the Lots.Each Lot will be evaluated on its own merit separately and will be awarded to the most economical advantageous tender received in each individual case.
