Delivery of County Council corporate publication(s) to households in Carmarthenshire.The main publication distributed will be the county council corporate newspaper ‘Community News’ which is currently printed as a tabloid newspaper (360mm x 298mm). 81,500 copies are currently printed on a bi-monthly basis. The main purpose of this tender is to find a suitable company to distribute the ‘Community News’ to every household within the county within a specific timescale at an efficient cost. The successful distribution company must be able to deliver additional publications at other times as and when required with as little notice as possible. At times these may be required to only be delivered to specific areas within the County. Please refer to tender documentation for further details.
