The contract is for the installation, removal, storage and re-siting of semi-permanent ramps, handrails and step units for South Tyneside Council. It is being awarded for duration of 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 x 12 month period. A separate CEQ is required to be completed. Submissions will initially be assessed in respect of the CEQ responses, and subject to passing the CEQ assessment the tender submissions will then be evaluated. Failure of any of the Pass/Fail sections, or failure to achieve the stated CEQ score threshold will result in the failure.
