TENDER FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF HOUSES IN MULTIPLE OCCUPATION, SUBJECT TO MANAGEMENT ORDERS.

Descriptions

Denbighshire County Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation which become subject to Management Orders made by the Authority. Further information is within the specification document attached to this notice.It is anticipated that a contract commencement date will be 16th August 2010. The framework agreement will be awarded to successful tenderers for an initial period of two (2) years with the option of a further two (2) x one (1) year extensions. The Framework Agreement will also be made available to ALL public sector organisations in the North Wales Counties of Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham.Bidders should be aware that all funding for this will be from the Management Fee deducted from the rents payable to any Landlord. No funding will come from Denbighshire County Council or any other Public Sector body who may wish to use this agreement.
