Powys County Council offers garden waste composting via green waste collection banks sited at community recycling Bring-sites throughout the County.Tenders are invited from organisations, farmers and individuals who are capable of achieving a high standard of treatment of green wastes delivered to their composting or anaerobic digestion facility, and also to secure suitable outlets for the derived materials. The facility should conform to all appropriate legislation.Local solutions that can form part of a uniform service across the County will be welcomed.
