The purpose of this Invitation to Tender exercise is to source a provider of a Leisure Replacement system required to support the delivery of a range of services across the borough.Active Sefton is the Sport & Recreation provider for the public leisure facilities within the boundaries of Sefton Metropolitan Council. Sefton Council require a management information system to operate within 6 Leisure facilities, incorporating an outdoor water adventure centre with accommodation and bistro requirement, a water themed leisure facility, 2 dry sites, 2 wet sites, 2 Golf Course and Head Office.The system must have the capability of being able to operate an integrated booking system and possess the capacity to book leisure activities at all facilities for alternative venues using the existing network.The specification comprises of the provision of a semi-automated, integrated system, hardware, software installation and commissioning, licenses, consultancy, training, support and maintenance. The council requires one point of contact for the management of the project through to completion.
