Tenders are invited for the provision of a Single Person Discount Review Service in relation to Council Tax charges for local authorities within North and Mid Wales. The tender process is being managed by Wrexham County Borough Council on behalf of the seven other authorities who raise Council Tax. It is envisaged that the successful Tenderer will enter into a contract with each individual authority using the terms and conditions outlined in this Invitation to Tender.The authorities requiring this service are:Conwy County Borough CouncilCeredigion County CouncilDenbighshire County CouncilFlintshire County CouncilGwynedd CouncilIsle of Anglesey County CouncilPowys County CouncilWrexham County Borough CouncilThe Councils are seeking the assistance of a suitable specialist, acting in accordance with the requirements of the individual authorities, the guidelines of the Data Protection legislation and the requirements of the Government Connect code connection. The services required encompass the identification and validation of erroneous claims, the administration of the notification and clarification processes with council tax payer, the provision of the details of the amended records and where required the amendment of the relevant records within the Council Tax systems of the respective authorities
