The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Client) has experienced a number of incidents of oil spillage and required a professional service to support its aim to reduce the implications of oil spillage on its land/premises and the effect on its customers.The required service includes, but is not limited to, carrying out site inspections on property/properties affected by an oil spill, undertaking air quality assessments on property/properties affected, completing reports, managing a contract across the province and evaluation of remedial works on property/properties affected.
