Abertawe Bro-morgannwg University Health Board is seeking expressions of interest to tender for the provision of HIV / AIDS services for the ABMU Health Board area, to support statutory services provided by ABMU Health Board and the county boroughs of the City and County of Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend. The Provider shall be required to provide safe, efficient and cost effective supportive services for people with or at risk from HIV/AIDS, which complies with statutory requirements, Health Care Standards and professional and ethical codes of practice. The contract will operate for a primary term of 3 years with an option to extend for two further periods of 12 months, at the Health Board’s discretion.The service provider will be expected to comply with the following mandatory requirements:•BHIVA (British HIV Association) Standards of Care for People Living with HIV 2013•Welsh Government, Providing for the Needs of People with HIV/AIDS in Wales 2009•Doing Well Doing BetterExpressions of interest in this contract opportunity are invited from organisations who are able to comply and demonstrate compliance with statutory requirements, Health Care Standards and professional and ethical codes of practice.
