The Innovation Hub will act as a catalyst for collaborative research with existing Welsh Government Knowledge Economy clusters and other research intensive Universities. It will provide research facilities for conceptual design, innovation and simulation. The co-existence of research groups within the Innovation Hub will not only develop individual specialities but also foster multi-disciplinary problem solving resulting in positive economic benefit to the region.We are seeking an independent party to provide an independent evaluation and evidence, where possible, on whether / how the project has delivered against the aims and objectives of the Swansea Bay Innovation Hub Business Plan.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
