This Tender has been issued by Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd (CHL) for Legionella compliance planned maintenance monitoring and management in accordance with ACOP L8 and HSG 274. To provide ACOP L8 and HSG 274 monitoring and management services to premises outlined on the asset listing appendix predominantly consisting of sheltered/supported living premises with communal water distribution to ensure CHL complies with all statutory, non-statutory and statutory instrument regulations and/or guidance applicable to controlling Legionella bacteria in building services
