Descriptions
The cleared tissue microscope is to be purchased by the Centre of Membrane Proteins and Receptors (Compare), UoB. Match funding will be provided by The University of Birmingham. The systems will be housed in the dedicated Compare imaging facility.The microscope must be capable of fluorescent imaging of large cleared samples and whole organs such as liver, kidneys and brain at cellular resolution using a light sheet configuration.
