A computer controlled double beam Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer with integrated flame /graphite furnace analysis modes. The system must be capable of high sensitivity analysis. It should have the capability of accurate background correction. Also required is a dedicated auto sampler for furnace analysis and an auto sample diluter for flame analysis.Required Components are:•An Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer to include:•Flame emission unit •Auto sampler/ auto diluter•Graphite tube atomiser and integral auto sampler•Burner head(s) •Data processing / Auto control unit•Lamp source(s) for analysis of Aluminium, Lead, Selenium, Copper, Zinc, Lithium, Magnesium•Suitable Air Compressor•Suitable UPS (The Royal Gwent Laboratory already has in place an exhaust fume system, water cooling and piped gases and gas regulators).
