TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND TRAINING OF LEISURE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Denbighshire County Council is seeking to establish a contract for the Supply, Installation and Training of a Leisure Information Management System to the Authority. The aim is to replace the current EPOS systems at the Authority’s 8 Leisure Centre reception areas whilst providing a comprehensive management information system about associated users and events. To manage the current and future membership schemes. Provide an On-line internet booking service from the Councils Corporate web site. The requirement is for the supply, installation and user training of a Leisure Information Management System including software package, touchscreen monitors and thermal ticket printers at the Authority’s 8 Leisure Centres.
