SPECIFIC IKC and the College of Engineering of Swansea University wish to purchase a complete laser diode pumped Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting Spectrometer (TCSPC-S) with a Visible and NIR (300-1600nm) detection capabilities for measuring photoluminescence (fluorescence and phosphorescence) lifetimes on the sub-10 picosecond-millisecond range in semiconductor films and crystals. The system should include an excitation source, sample compartment, monochromators, detectors, SPC card, computer controlled data display/analysis software to support multi-disciplinary research and teaching.
