The NHS in Wales has a requirement to purchase 4 Audi Q7 4.2 TDI S Line Plus Quattro (Tiptronic/Automatic) vehicles to support the All Wales Emergency Medical Retrieval Transport Service. The vehicles are required to provide a rapid response service across Wales which will become operational on 1st April 2015. It is recognised that the supplied vehicles will only be suitable for domestic use, therefore it will be necessary to arrange for their conversion to a rapid response medical emergency vehicle, as they will be required to be fully equipped with various monitoring and other medical equipment. It is anticipated that the conversion(s) will take approximately 12 weeks to complete, consequently the vehicles must be immediately available.Expressions of interest to participate in this tender opportunity are invited from approved Audi and other dealerships.
