Pembrokeshire County Council is currently looking to purchase:-up to two 26000kgs GVW 6 X 2 fitted with steel bodied tippers. Chassis dealer will be main contractor. The vehicle will be used for salt spreading in winter months and general tipper work in summer month. The build and construction must be entirely suitable for this purpose and must be a proven “quality vehicle”.- One permanent mounted 6m³ Salt Spreader to fit a refurbished Volvo FM9 4x4, chassis number YV2J4CNB64A589632. - Two demountable (roro) 9m³ Salt Spreader to fit a 26000kgs steel tipping body. Chassis dealer will be main contractor for vehicle build and delivery.
