The proposed works includes external and internal works to upgrade the existing buildings at Scoil Mhuire (St. Mary’s NS) to allow St. Columba’s College to use the premises as temporary accommodation in the immediate future. The works include minor external works, the replacement of internal and external doors, some internal finishes and some sanitaryware, roof repairs, and all necessary demolitions and M&E installations as described in tender drawings.
