OFFA wishes to place a contract for the coding of the 2018-19 access agreements , including both narrative documents and two targets specific tables. In addition, the contract would develop the existing coding framework and work with OFFA staff to develop early analysis of the access agreements. The procurement process will be handled by HEFCE on behalf of OFFA.
