You are hereby invited to submit a fixed price tender for the provision of new Electrical, Gas and Water Supplies, as detailed within the documentation that's available on sell2wales and from the University's Estates Office.The Menai Science Park is to be developed on approximately 7.8ha of land east of the village of Gaerwen. The site currently comprises of Cefn Du Farm buildings and land.It is bounded by the A55 North Wales Expressway, the A5152 to the east and the A5 to the south.Site InfrastructureSite Utility infrastructure will be required to cater for the development of the site as indicated on the following sheets:Electrical Supply, Gas Supply, Water Supply.This includes all services including :Electrical:--Design--Project Management--Cable laying (LV,11kV)--Cable jointing (dead LV, live LV,11kV)--Substation installation (up to 11kV)--All associated civil engineering works including excavation, cable laying and backfilling.
