Descriptions
Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to engage with a partner to carry out a review of its housing related services. It is intended that the review will focus upon the housing service within its Housing, Development and Growth Directorate, with a particular emphasis on the Consumer Standards. The review will also incorporate a position statement against the Economic Standards as they relate to local authorities, and include assessments of sector risk analysis, value for money and governance. The review will also include assessments and recommendations regarding the current structures and resources, both strategic and operational, in order to meet and/or exceed the required regulatory standards and to provide a good service as a minimum.
