Maryhill Housing Association wishes to engage a suitable contractor to carry out Cleaning of Common Closes, Stairwells and Bin Store Areas throughout its housing stock.Scope of Works include:— Weekly cleaning of full Common Close Stairwells/ Entrances including close entrance doors and common area windows.— Weekly cleaning of Bin Store Areas.— Monthly deep cleaning of Common Close Stairwells/ Entrances.— Weekly cleaning of Common Deck Access Walkways and Ramps.— Weekly Bin Porter Service.— Six Monthly Cleaning of Bins.— Weekly Bulk Removal Service.— Ad Hoc Cleaning Works including removal of graffiti.
