1 BACKGROUND 1.1 The Council intend to procure Contractors to carry out the Day to Day maintenance on Council Properties (excluding housing) for LOT 1a - GENERAL BUILDING AND ROOFING (North) LOT 1b - GENERAL BUILDING AND ROOFING (South) LOT 2a - GLAZING (North) LOT 2b - GLAZING (South) LOT 3a - ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION (North) LOT 3b - ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION (South) LOT 4a - MECHANICAL INSTALLATION (North) LOT 4b - MECHANICAL INSTALLATION (South) &nbs p; The Council properties will be split into two areas based on Geographic Location: &nbs p; A) North : Southport & Formby , &nbs p; B) South : Bootle, Litherland, Crosby & Maghull 1.2 Potential Providers submitting responses must be able to deliver all of the works required for the project, either themselves or through their supply chain.
