Term Contract for Management and Maintenance of the Scottish Trunk Road Network — Forth Bridges Unit

Descriptions

The provision of major cable supported bridge and integrated network management and maintenance; routine, winter and emergency maintenance; renewal and improvement works and other such works; design and supervision of renewal and improvement works and such other work on the specified trunk roads within the Unit. The Contract will include two anticipated maximum thresholds for categories of ordered work not subject to competitive tender. The first anticipated maximum threshold will be 750 000 GBP restricted to ordered work on the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing. The second anticipated maximum threshold will be 350 000 GBP for all other ordered work within the Unit. These thresholds may be altered at the sole discretion of the Scottish Ministers during the currency of the Contract.
