London & Quadrant Group is one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the UK, managing over 68 000 homes in London and the South East of England.L&Q Group seeks interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors in order to select 4 Nr Contractors to enter into Contract to deliver their Programmes of Cyclical Decorations and Associated Works.The Programme has been divided into 4 Nr regional Hubs, which mirror the management structure operated within L&Q Group. Economic Operators should note that they are able to express an interest in one, several or all Hubs. However, no Contractor will be awarded more than 1 Nr Hub. Therefore L&Q Group will appoint 4 Nr Contractors, one to each regional Hub.Economic Operators should further note that submission may only be made electronically via the Postbox facility available on www.mytenders.co.uk
