East Lothian Council is looking to appoint a provider for Legionella and Water Quality. The Term Maintenance Contract will be to undertake Legionella & Water Quality Management & Associated Works primarily to Public Buildings (although there is a limited amount of Estates, HMO Building’s etc) which include the following: 1.Risk Assessments (including Reassessments). 2.Monitoring Tasks. 3.Inspections. 4.Cleaning & Disinfection Tasks. 5.Analytical Testing. 6.Water Cooler Servicing. 7.Reactive Maintenance. 8.Remedial Works (where necessary).
