The National Measurement & Regulation Office (NMRO) has a requirement for the testing of household dishwashers to verify compliance with the following regulations (and any amendments to these): •EU No 1016/2010 (Ecodesign requirements for household dishwashers). •EU No 1059/2010 (Energy labelling of household dishwashers). •EC No 1275/2008 (Ecodesign requirements for standby and off mode, and networked standby, electric power consumption of electrical and electronic household and office equipment). Testing may be used as part of a criminal investigation. Therefore the supplier must confirm that they can fulfil the evidential traceability requirements laid out in ISO 17025 for supplying evidence that may be used as part of a prosecution.
