Conwy County Borough Council is inviting expressions of interest from Companies or other Organisations who are interested in working together to deliver a textile recycling service through a Service Level Agreement.The Service Provider will deliver a kerbside collection service for textiles to residents within the Council's designated kerbside collection service area. As an option to the Service Provider, the Council may also make available sites for textile banks.The Council will advertise the service with related recycling communications to the public, including promotional literature distributed directly to households and on the Council’s website. In addition, the Council will advertise the service in the local press up to four times per year. There will be no direct payment for the service. The length of the agreement will be 2 years with an option to extend by 1 year.
