TfGM Internal Alterations involving HVAC (Control Room)

TfGM have a need to change the layout and size of the Control Room area at 2 Piccadilly Place. This requirement has come about because the control room needs to expand due to the Bee Network coming onboard. Alterations to the 2nd floor control room is required to accommodate additional staff, operators etc. to meet business needs. These works need to be completed prior to Tranche 2 commencement on the 23rd of March 2024. Part of these alteration works includes altering the air conditioning within this area. This will involve moving and installing new equipment to cover the larger area. The decision was approved to direct award these works to the stated supplier as they provided the system that will need altering. The estimated and final costs are under threshold.
