TfGM requires a contract with a single supplier to provide journey planning tool on TfGM's website, in order to enable users to plan their journeys in and around Greater Manchester, using a variety of transport modes. The contract is for up to two (2) years, based on a 1+1 contract term. TfGM expects this to be a SaaS based solution, utilising a COTS-based product.
