The Greater London Returning Officer (GLRO) is responsible for the Mayor of London and London Assembly Elections which will be held on 5.5.2016. The Mayor of London and London Assembly Elections Booklet is a statutory requirement for the 2016 election. The Greater London Authority (GLA) is responsible for the design, print, fulfilment and delivery to every voter (approximately 6 000 000) ahead of 5.5.2016. The GLA external relations unit wish to procure a Supplier to project manage the design, print, fulfilment and delivery of the Mayor of London and London Assembly Elections Booklet for the 2016 election. The Supplier could be a print management company or a print company with an in-house or subcontracted design function with experience of similar large mailing, no fail projects.
