The Service Provider is required to undertake the Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) Monitoring Services on the Central Section of the Elizabeth Line. The services are required at 6 monthly intervals per annum during the duration of the Contract., The procurement was undertaken in accordance with the Utilities Contract Regulations, (UCR 2016), A 3-stage approach was adopted as follows:, •Expression of Interest (EOI) – Identification of the relevant Suppliers List via RISQS., •Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) – Issued via RISQS to interested applicants with a, target of 5 Suppliers maximum to be shortlisted for the tender stage., •Invitation to Tender (ITT) – Issued via TfL’s eTendering portal – ProContract., The Contract was awarded to the Service Provider that submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). The Contract has been awarded for 3 years initially with an option to extend for an additional two years.
