Descriptions
The Service Provider shall be responsible for effecting recoveries from third parties (or their insurers) when TFL incur financial loss through the loss of or damage of TFL property by the TPs actions. The Service Provider will be responsible for collating adequate information and evidence from within TFL and from other sources to pursue the Recovery be it by Agreement or by litigation. The service provider shall oversee and manage and/or advise the whole process to its conclusion.
