The Blaenau Ffestiniog Physical Regeneration Project - Construction Of Public Realm Works

Gwynedd Council are looking to appoint a competent construction company to deliver significant improvements to the public realm in Blaenau Ffestiniog. Work involves both hard and soft landscaping, erection of signage, working with nominated contractor on bespoke features, installation of street furniture, foundations and earthworks. It is envisaged that the works are to be delivered between September 2011 and August 2012. The client will seek to include social clauses as part of the contract; details will be confirmed at tender stage. Accordingly, the successful contractor will be expected to work closely with the Client to fulfil expectations in this area.
