The Build of Housing & Care 21's Website

Descriptions

Housing & Care 21 currently utilise the CMS system Concrete 5 for the running of its external website. However, this arrangement is presenting difficulties and limitations regarding the design and layout that the business wishes to use. Furthermore, the Internal Systems Support team at HC21 are unable to conduct any development work when using this system and have relied on external agencies to do so. This has created delays on simple tasks such as uploading or changing information, which in turn is leading to the outdated technical implementation of core functions. There is also frustration with the aesthetics of the website, which has been highlighted by an external focus group, including prospective residents. There is no contractual agreement in place for this requirement. The objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable supplier to build a website in line with all key technical and functional requirements of Housing & Care 21. The aim of HC21 is to be amongst the leading housing associations on all digital platforms - including its website. The site created should be clear, efficient and responsible as well as easily accessible to any current or prospective residents.
