The aim of the Community-based Career Progression Support project is to deliver a high-quality careers guidance service, where they will support employed residents either increase their wages through accessing higher paid jobs within their current employment or support them into transitioning into sustainable opportunities with alternative employers within the Ashfield district. The appointed supplier will work with Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the district to help upskill and support the career journey of their workforce
